Del Papa Distributing Announces an $85,000 Match Grant Challenge to Support Galveston County Food Bank’s Vital Services Amid the Covid-19 Crisis
Texas City, Texas (January 15, 2021) – Del Papa Distributing Company recently gifted up to $85,000 in matching funds to support the Galveston County Food Bank’s efforts to provide easy access to nutritional food to the thousands of Galveston County residents facing food insecurity during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This match grant challenge is a call to action to the greater Galveston County community to support the Galveston County Food Bank at a time when demand created by the pandemic has stretched the organization’s resources to the limit.
